Multiplex - BYD EnviroEV Body Electrical

AD Enviro bodied BYD E-Bus Electrical systems

Course
Highlights
2 Day Course
On-site or classroom based
Level 2

Our multiplex system, which has been designed to seamlessly operate in conjunction with the electrical architecture of the BYD chassis system, has led to a significant change in structure to the communication networks.

With the driver instrumentation on the chassis communication network, it is now necessary to utilise the Actia Basic XS interface with MultiMux to interrogate the system, monitor operation and utilise the auxiliary body warning light panel in the driver’s cab.

Wiring schematics now span across both body and chassis to follow the power supplies back to the 24 volt source, this requires a higher level of knowledge and understanding to break the system down into manageable sections.

Assessments are used for each part of the course  to help track progress and results can be provided to the employer, 80% pass rate required on assessment.
